Job Summary
- Our client is seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations of theirhospitality establishment.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, efficient day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
- Maintain high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure service excellence.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract more customers.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Schedule and assign duties to employees for smooth operations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, controlling operational costs.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software is an advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation and business acumen.
