Job Summary

• Our client is seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations of theirhospitality establishment. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, efficient day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure service excellence.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract more customers.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Schedule and assign duties to employees for smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, controlling operational costs.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software is an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and business acumen.

Salary
N450,000 Monthly.
