Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) - End-to-end Sales

Location: Lagos (Remote)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and drive sales growth. 
  • As a BDR, you will be responsible for handling the entire sales cycle—from identifying and connecting with potential clients to closing deals and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. 
  • This is an end-to-end sales role with ownership of the full business development pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through to deal closure and client onboarding
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Present our company's products/services to prospects
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Set up meetings between prospects and Account Executives as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a BDR or in a similar end-to-end sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
