Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Workplace Management, CRM, and Payroll Implementation Specialist. 
  • This role combines expertise in workforce management, CRM implementation, and payroll systems to optimize our organization's operations, customer relationships, and payroll processes.

Responsibilities
Workforce Management:

  • Develop and manage accurate forecasting models for workforce needs.
  • Create effective work schedules to maximize resource efficiency.
  • Analyze historical data to improve forecasting accuracy and scheduling strategies.

CRM Implementation:

  • Lead end-to-end deployment of CRM systems, aligning with business requirements.
  • Design and configure CRM platforms to meet client needs.
  • Provide training and support for successful CRM adoption.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Payroll Implementation:

  • Configure payroll systems according to company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in migrating payroll data from legacy systems to new platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity through cross-checking and auditing.
  • Develop and interpret specifications for interfaces with other systems.
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

General:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation across all systems.
  • Prepare and distribute regular performance reports to management.
  • Provide training and support for HR and payroll staff on new systems and processes.
  • Participate in system testing, identify issues, and support the resolution process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce management, CRM implementation, or payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency with workforce management tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and payroll software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data migration and system integration.
  • Knowledge of programming languages or system customization is a plus.
  • Bring your own device.
  • Experience working with offshore team.
