Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilties
- Support the Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.
- Assist in planning work schedules, delegating tasks, and managing staff shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and help implement strategies for business growth.
- Enforce health, safety, and security protocols within the workplace.
- Train new employees and support ongoing staff development initiatives.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of experience.
- Must reside within the axis of ago palace.
Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 monthly.
