We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Support the Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.
• Assist in planning work schedules, delegating tasks, and managing staff shifts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and help implement strategies for business growth.
• Enforce health, safety, and security protocols within the workplace.
• Train new employees and support ongoing staff development initiatives.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of experience. 
• Must reside within the axis of ago palace.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 monthly.
