Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive scanning of the healthcare business environment and generate actionable intelligence.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships with hospitals, HMOs, and corporate organizations.
  • Develop compelling content for the company’s social media pages, newsletters, and health-related articles.
  • Plan and execute strategic marketing and outreach campaigns.
  • Represent the organization at business meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biological Sciences, or other related fields
  • 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare marketing or business development
  • Proven track record of closing at least one major deal in a previous role is an advantage
  • A certificate in Business Development or MBA is an added advantage

Skill Set Required:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver persuasive business presentations
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and content creation
  • Ability to work independently and meet set targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
