We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor (Lotto)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilties

  • Recruit, train, and manage sales agents to optimize performance.
  • Ensure each agent achieves a minimum daily sales target of N20,000, with a goal of N30,000 per agent.
  • Supervise lottery sales operations, ensuring excellent customer engagement.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor agent performance and ensure 100% adherence to remittance structures.
  • Retrieve terminals from non-performing agents after three consecutive days of low sales.
  • Conduct physical location inspections (minimum of 5 per week) to maintain brand consistency and compliance.
  • Ensure all agents submit daily sales reports and remittances on time.
  • Organize monthly customer engagement initiatives to improve customer retention.
  • Implement local marketing activations to attract at least 100 new players per week.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Minimum of a First Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
  • 3 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, gaming, or financial services.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, agent activation, and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Knowledge:

  • Relevant knowledge of the company’s market and competitors.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for selling products, this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, this includes customer needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Experienced building rapport and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers.
  • Experience and good knowledge of the financial market.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales target.
