Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries, with a focus on brands, agencies, and direct advertisers.
- Build and sustain strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop compelling sales pitches, proposals, and campaign presentations tailored to client goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging client needs, and partnership possibilities.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and pitch meetings.
- Design and implement robust sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools and regular reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client account management within the advertising or media industry.
- Prior experience in outdoor advertising is strongly preferred and will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering strong revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in proposal development, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N300,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
