Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

  • This role demands a confident strategist with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, foster meaningful client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s competitive positioning in a dynamic market

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries, with a focus on brands, agencies, and direct advertisers.
  • Build and sustain strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop compelling sales pitches, proposals, and campaign presentations tailored to client goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging client needs, and partnership possibilities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and pitch meetings.
  • Design and implement robust sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools and regular reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client account management within the advertising or media industry.
  • Prior experience in outdoor advertising is strongly preferred and will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering strong revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in proposal development, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N300,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
