Job Summary
- We are hiring a skilled General MaintenanceOfficer with 2–4years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and practical skills in areas including electricals, woodwork, plumbing, and AC maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks and inspections
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests or breakdowns
- Maintain electrical fixtures, plumbing systems, AC units, and wood fittings
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards
- Maintain maintenance records and report issues proactively
Requirements
- 2–4years of proven experience in general maintenance or a related role
- Hands-on skills in electrical repairs, woodwork, plumbing, and AC maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious
- Basic understanding of maintenance tools and equipment.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
