Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are hiring a skilled General MaintenanceOfficer with  2–4years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and practical skills in areas including electricals, woodwork, plumbing, and AC maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance tasks and inspections
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests or breakdowns
• Maintain electrical fixtures, plumbing systems, AC units, and wood fittings
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards
• Maintain maintenance records and report issues proactively

Requirements

• 2–4years of proven experience in general maintenance or a related role
• Hands-on skills in electrical repairs, woodwork, plumbing, and AC maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious
• Basic understanding of maintenance tools and equipment.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
