Job Descriptions
- Design and support the personnel transfer solution, to ensure transfer solution compliance with local laws; ;
- Personnel transfer engagement and negotiation with customer;
- French-speaking region personnel transfer solution implementation, transfer employee communication, ensure the transfer successful;
Desired Skills and Experience
- Familiar with French-speaking region laws and labor laws, especially WA experiences are preferred;
- Successful experience of French-speaking region personnel transfer or outsourcing project implementation;
- Good communication and negotiation skill;
- Familiar with TELCOs structure is highly preferred.
- French and English both Language can be work Language;
- 5 years and above experience on HR-related domain;
- Bachelor and above degree.
