Job Descriptions

• Design and support the personnel transfer solution, to ensure transfer solution compliance with local laws; ;
• Personnel transfer engagement and negotiation with customer;
• French-speaking region personnel transfer solution implementation, transfer employee communication, ensure the transfer successful;

Desired Skills and Experience

• Familiar with French-speaking region laws and labor laws, especially WA experiences are preferred;
• Successful experience of French-speaking region personnel transfer or outsourcing project implementation;
• Good communication and negotiation skill;
• Familiar with TELCOs structure is highly preferred.
• French and English both Language can be work Language;
• 5 years and above experience on HR-related domain;
• Bachelor and above degree.
