Job Responsibilities
- Identify training needs with relevant Department/Section/Team Head and provide solution to meet expectations.
- Prepare training materials in paper and e-format.
- Lead, facilitate and conduct training sessions to new-recruited and in-service staff including managerial, supervisory and frontline staff.
- Propose and engage external training vendors to provide developmental and special trainings.
- Act as gap-keepers and ensure all the new recruited meet minimum operating standards before releasing to Operation Teams.
- Assist in implementing e-learning portal and knowledge base and measure its effectiveness.
- Facilitate training classes in partner with tertiary institutions.
- Adapt regional & international operating processes, best practices and customer requirements to identify, plan and implement training improvement plans to achieve long term benefit for the company.
- Prepare and analyze internal and external training reports for management review,Nigeria
Requirements
- University Degree holder.
- More than 3 years experience in conducting Training and Coaching, Training management experience in contact center environment an advantage.
- Previous management experience
