Job Overview

  • We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing / Business Development Executive to grow our client base within the healthcare industry.
  • The ideal candidate must have prior experience in marketing hospital or healthcare services, with a strong ability to attract and retain healthcare clients such as clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospitals.
  • This role demands a persuasive communicator with excellent business acumen, ethical conduct, and a results-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development plans tailored to the healthcare sector.
  • Identify and engage potential clients including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and HMOs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Pitch services confidently and close deals to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to improve engagement and revenue performance.
  • Manage follow-ups, client feedback, and post-sale engagement to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on leads, conversions, and revenue contributions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are well understood and delivered.

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ proven experience in healthcare marketing or hospital business development.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a confident personality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High ethical standards, honesty, and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with the Lagos healthcare ecosystem is a strong advantage.
