Summary
- Our client is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join their team at their curated gifting and lifestyle store in Lekki!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, offering product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS system
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally
- Support in-store events and meet sales targets.
Experience and Education
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
- Experience handling customer inquiries is an advantage.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Attention to detail and positive attitude
- Proficiency in POS systems.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
