Summary

• Our client is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join their team at their curated gifting and lifestyle store in Lekki!

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, offering product recommendations
• Process transactions accurately using POS system
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally
• Support in-store events and meet sales targets.

Experience and Education

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
• Experience handling customer inquiries is an advantage.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
