We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Showroom Salesperson

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation: Meeting and exceeding sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Customer Engagement: Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering inquiries, and offering product demonstrations.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the products offered, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Showroom Management: Ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, with products displayed effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers, designers, and other industry professionals.
  • Sales Process Management: Guiding customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, and handling any objections or concerns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Preparing sales reports, tracking sales performance, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Working with other team members, such as customer service representatives and sales managers, to achieve sales goals.
  • Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitor activity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales, build relationships, and manage the sales process.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the products offered, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and build rapport with customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a well-organized showroom.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and software for sales tracking and reporting.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
