Job Description

  • We are seeking a smart, articulate, and service-oriented Client Service Officer with strong knowledge of billing and invoicing processes.
  • The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who can manage client interactions with grace, ensure accurate service delivery, and maintain excellent internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients.
  • Oversee the accurate preparation and timely delivery of client invoices.
  • Monitor and reconcile billing issues, ensuring discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely service execution.
  • Maintain updated records of client transactions and communications.
  • Provide consistent and professional support to clients, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by tracking feedback and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Prepare periodic service and billing reports for management and clients.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and managing service-level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 4 years experience in client service, billing, invoicing, or similar roles.
  • Solid understanding of billing systems, invoice preparation, and account reconciliation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; confident in client-facing environments.
  • A positive, friendly attitude with a client-first mindset.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 / Month.
