1) Estate Surveyor (Valuation Dept.)
Qualification
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
- Must be very Good in Valuation
- Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence.
- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- ANIVS is an added advantage
2) Estate Surveyor (Management Dept)
Qualification
- BSc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
- Must be very Good in Property Management
- Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence. Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision ANIVS is an added advantage
3) Pupil Estate Surveyor
Qualification
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
- Must be able to drive plus a Valid Drivers Licence.
- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Good marketing and communication skills.
4) Confidential Secretary
Qualification
- Applicants must be computer literate.
- Must be able to take dictation and have at least 4 years experience
- Candidates with a B,Sc or HND in Secretarial studies would be preferred
5) Personal Asst. to Principal Partner
Qualification
- Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of Bsc or HND in any discipline.
- Computer Skill
- 2 years experience Be able to organise activities of the PP with minimal supervision
