A well established firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with Head Quarters in Lagos with very encouraging conditions of service is recruiting to fill the following vacant positions:

1) Estate Surveyor (Valuation Dept.)

Qualification

B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
Must be very Good in Valuation
Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence.
Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
ANIVS is an added advantage

2) Estate Surveyor (Management Dept)

Qualification

BSc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
Must be very Good in Property Management
Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence. Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision ANIVS is an added advantage

3) Pupil Estate Surveyor

Qualification

B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
Must be able to drive plus a Valid Drivers Licence.
Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
Good marketing and communication skills.

4) Confidential Secretary

Qualification

Applicants must be computer literate.
Must be able to take dictation and have at least 4 years experience
Candidates with a B,Sc or HND in Secretarial studies would be preferred

5) Personal Asst. to Principal Partner

Qualification

Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of Bsc or HND in any discipline.
Computer Skill
2 years experience Be able to organise activities of the PP with minimal supervision
