Job Summary
- We're looking for a seasoned Field Sales Representative with 2+ years of experience to join our team.
- You'll leverage your sales expertise to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate deals and close sales.
- Territory Management: Manage and optimize sales performance within assigned territory.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience (industry-specific experience a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong product knowledge and ability to adapt to new products/services
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
