About the Role
- Our client is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, drive property sales, and oversee all marketing initiatives for their real estate projects in Karasana.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Manage social media presence and content creation
- Coordinate property launches, open houses, and promotional events
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to align messaging
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, social media ads)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platform.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
