About the Role

• Our client is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, drive property sales, and oversee all marketing initiatives for their real estate projects in Karasana.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Manage social media presence and content creation
• Coordinate property launches, open houses, and promotional events
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to align messaging

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, social media ads)
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platform.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
