Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed the set financial target with regards to growing the AUM.
- Identify, pitch, and secure new investment clients (corporate, institutional, and individual).
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide regular updates on portfolio performance and market opportunities to clients.
- Develop market entry and penetration strategies for new business lines.
- Analyse and evaluate market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory updates to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored investment solutions for clients.
Qualification & Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years or mid/senior-level experience in business development and sales in the asset management, investment banking, or financial services industry such as banks, insurance or pension
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in asset management unit/department of any financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and asset management services.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet target, build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, institutional investors, and corporate clients.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong ethical and professional conduct.
