Role Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in promoting our range of buses, trucks, and trailers for it's Lagos and Western operations.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the heavy-duty truck industry or automotive, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase heavy-duty truck sales effectively.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Liaison with body builders in Lagos for 3rd party body building on company products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies for our products.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in heavy-duty truck sales or a related automotive sales role.
- Strong understanding of the heavy-duty truck industry and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N400,000 monthly with commission.
