Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Oshodi-Apapa Express Way - Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in promoting our range of buses, trucks, and trailers for it's Lagos and Western operations.
• This role requires a deep understanding of the heavy-duty truck industry or automotive, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact. 
• Identify new business opportunities to increase heavy-duty truck sales effectively. 
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. 
• Liaison with body builders in Lagos for 3rd party body building on company products. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies for our products. 
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. 
• Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in heavy-duty truck sales or a related automotive sales role. 
• Strong understanding of the heavy-duty truck industry and market dynamics. 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
• Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
• Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions. 
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N400,000 monthly with commission.
