Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Sales Operations to support and enhance the effectiveness of our sales organization.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations processes, support business leaders with data-driven insights, drive operational efficiency, and provide strategic support to field teams.
  • This role is critical to enabling sales growth and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track performance against sales targets, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support business leaders in evaluating and optimizing end-to-end sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate and support offline activation events to attract merchants and customers and support business development activities.
  • Organize and manage sales training programs, including product training, sales techniques, and BD tool usage.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team, address inquiries, resolve issues, and drive cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Assist with preparing operational reports, dashboards, and performance insights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Proven years of experience in sales operations or business operations within a fintech company (required).
  • Experience coordinating offline events or marketing activations is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data visualization, data analysis formulas).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.
