Job Title: Personal Assistant (Female)

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our MD in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will be a reliable, efficient problem-solver who can manage diverse tasks and ensure seamless daily operations for the executive, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Efficiently manage a complex daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and reminders.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper, handling correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare documents, presentations, and reports, maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical), and handle various documentation needs.
  • Task and Project Coordination: Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.
  • Personal Errand Management: Run personal errands as required, such as managing household services, coordinating personal appointments, or making purchases.

Requirements

  • Education: A minimum of a Degree Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience 4+ years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Willingness to be flexible with working hours and tasks.
