Job Summary
- The Broker Sales Executive is responsible for driving wealth management growth by acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships.
- This role suits junior to mid-level sales professionals with strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- The position requires a professional demeanor and a client-first mindset to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new wealth management clients.
- Conduct financial needs analysis and present tailored solutions aligned with client goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive service.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Track and report on leads, client acquisition, revenue, and performance metrics.
Key Performance Indicators
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Client acquisition cost.
- Assets under management (AUM).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
- Lead-to-client conversion rate.
- Average transaction or portfolio value per client.
- Client retention rate.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of sales experience; financial services experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- High ethical standards and integrity.

Salary
N150,000 - N156,000 monthly.
