Job Description

  • At Estrada International Staffing Solutions, our HR Operations Officer ensures the seamless delivery of HR services for our outsourced personnel.

Your Mission

  • Personnel Documentation: Create and maintain accurate digital and physical files for all outsourced staff, ensuring all "know your employee" (KYE) documents are up to date.
  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate the administrative side of onboarding, from preparing offer letters to setting up new hires on our internal systems.
  • Attendance & Leave Tracking: Monitor and record daily attendance logs and manage leave requests for outsourced staff across various client sites.
  • Benefit Administration: Assist in the administration of staff benefits, including HMO registration and pension documentation.
  • Compliance Support: Ensure all personnel records meet audit requirements and labor law standards.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly and monthly operational reports on staff headcount, attrition, and general welfare.

What You Bring

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or operations role.
  • Junior Level Drive: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a high level of coachability.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail; nothing gets past you when it comes to documentation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and document drafting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in a recruitment agency or an outsourcing firm is an added advantage.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
