Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an experienced Client Service and Strategy Manager to lead client relationships and drive strategic communication initiatives.
- This senior role requires a seasoned communications professional who can develop culturally intelligent campaigns, manage high-value client portfolios, and deliver insight-led storytelling that creates meaningful impact for brands across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee communication strategies for clients that support their business goals and deliver measurable results
- Manage key client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure clients receive excellent service at all times
- Lead and guide account teams to create campaigns that connect with Nigerian audiences and tell compelling brand stories
- Provide expert advice to clients on managing their reputation, engaging stakeholders, and handling communication challenges
- Identify new business opportunities, write proposals, and help grow the agency's client base
- Track campaign performance, prepare client reports, and use insights to improve future strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage
- 5-8 years of experience in PR, marketing communications, or strategic communications, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior account management role
- Proven track record of managing high-profile client accounts and delivering award-winning campaigns
- Strong understanding of integrated communications including PR, digital strategy, media relations, event management, and community advocacy
- Exceptional strategic thinking abilities with experience in developing insight-led communication strategies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to mentor and develop junior staff
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives

- Strong business acumen and understanding of brand building, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement
- Cultural fluency and ability to create campaigns that resonate with Nigerian and African audiences
