Job Summary

  • We are partnering with a leading multinational beverage manufacturing organisation to hire a Talent & Capability Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-wide talent, learning, and leadership capability across multiple geographies.
  • This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, people development, and organisational transformation — ideal for a talent leader who enjoys working with senior stakeholders and driving measurable impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related fields (Master’s Degree or CIPD / SHRM / CIPM / ATD certification is an advantage)
  • 5–7+ years’ experience in talent management, learning, and capability development
  • Proven experience in a multinational or matrixed organisation
  • Strong exposure to leadership development, succession planning, and talent analytics
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior and executive stakeholders
