Job Title: Director of Physical Planning and Development
Location: Laje Road, Ondo City, Ondo
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates applying for this position are expected to possess a First Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Estate Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or Land Surveying from a recognized University with a minimum of Second Class Lower and with at least 18 years post-qualification cognate experience.
- Possession of a professional qualification from a relevant Professional body is mandatory.
- An MSc or an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy is required.
Remuneration
- Basic salary on the scale (CONTISS 15 (N2,232, 199.00 - N2,875,791.00 per annum).
