Director of Physical Planning and Development at the University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo

The University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo, Nigeria, is the first specialized University of Medical Sciences in Nigeria with the mandate to advance high-level excellence through teaching, innovative research, and service delivery in all health sciences disciplines.

The Governing Council and Management of the University invite suitably qualified and highly motivated candidates with sufficient academic, administrative, and cognate experiences to fill the position below:

Job Title: Director of Physical Planning and Development

Location: Laje Road, Ondo City, Ondo

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates applying for this position are expected to possess a First Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Estate Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or Land Surveying from a recognized University with a minimum of Second Class Lower and with at least 18 years post-qualification cognate experience.
• Possession of a professional qualification from a relevant Professional body is mandatory.
• An MSc or an MBA will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy is required.

Remuneration

• Basic salary on the scale (CONTISS 15 (N2,232, 199.00 - N2,875,791.00 per annum).
