Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Marketing Manager to lead sales growth, develop marketing strategies, and strengthen brand presence.
- The ideal candidate will drive revenue, manage campaigns, and convert market opportunities into measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead sales initiatives and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities
- Manage customer relationships and improve customer retention
- Track sales and marketing performance metrics and prepare reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools and sales tracking systems
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data
- Results-oriented with strong strategic thinking skills.
