Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Marketing Manager to lead sales growth, develop marketing strategies, and strengthen brand presence.
• The ideal candidate will drive revenue, manage campaigns, and convert market opportunities into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Lead sales initiatives and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
• Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities
• Manage customer relationships and improve customer retention
• Track sales and marketing performance metrics and prepare reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Experience with digital marketing tools and sales tracking systems
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer data
• Results-oriented with strong strategic thinking skills.
