Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for open positions.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates through various methods including resume reviews and interviews.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' fit for the organization.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to management on recruitment progress and success rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment officer or in similar HR roles.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
