Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our human resources team.
• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, evaluate, and hire the best talent to meet our organizational needs.
• This position requires a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
• The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with our company goals. With a keen eye for talent, the successful candidate will also take charge of building and maintaining a relationship with potential candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for open positions.
• Screen and shortlist candidates through various methods including resume reviews and interviews.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' fit for the organization.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to management on recruitment progress and success rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruitment officer or in similar HR roles.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
