Job Summary
- We are seeking a confident and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence for our real estate firm.
- The ideal candidate must be able to command authority, lead high-level business conversations, and deliver measurable results in a competitive real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market
- Drive sales growth and expand the company’s client and investor base
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for real estate products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead negotiations, presentations, and deal closures
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic business insights
- Work closely with management to achieve growth targets.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years professional work experience
- 1 - 2 years of experience within the real estate industry (Required)
- Proven experience in sales and marketing (Required)
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to command authority
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
