Job Summary

• We are seeking a confident and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence for our real estate firm.
• The ideal candidate must be able to command authority, lead high-level business conversations, and deliver measurable results in a competitive real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market
• Drive sales growth and expand the company’s client and investor base
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for real estate products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Lead negotiations, presentations, and deal closures
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic business insights
• Work closely with management to achieve growth targets.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years professional work experience
• 1 - 2 years of experience within the real estate industry (Required)
• Proven experience in sales and marketing (Required)
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to command authority
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strategic, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
