Job Summary
- As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will oversee day-to-day group operations, drive strategic execution, optimize performance across business units, and build strong operational systems to support growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across departments and ensure strategic execution
- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and performance optimization
- Set departmental KPIs and enforce accountability across business units
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks, and reporting systems
- Identify operational risks and implement improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 10–15 years’ experience in operations or general management
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (COO, GM, Operations Director, etc.)
- Strong leadership, execution, and financial performance management skills
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making ability.
Salary
NGN 1,000,000 Monthly.
