Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will oversee day-to-day group operations, drive strategic execution, optimize performance across business units, and build strong operational systems to support growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across departments and ensure strategic execution
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and performance optimization
• Set departmental KPIs and enforce accountability across business units
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks, and reporting systems
• Identify operational risks and implement improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 10–15 years’ experience in operations or general management
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (COO, GM, Operations Director, etc.)
• Strong leadership, execution, and financial performance management skills
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinker with strong decision-making ability.

Salary
NGN 1,000,000 Monthly.
