Job Summar

  • The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for check-in, check-out, guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at the resort.
  • This role requires excellent customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
  • Provide information about the resort, amenities, activities, and local attractions
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, guest relations, and other departments for guest needs
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
  • Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements & Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience (hospitality experience preferred)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Working Conditions:
