We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant / Lounge Manager

Location: Area 11, Garki, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant / Lounge Manager to lead our hospitality team.
  • You will be responsible for managing staff, monitoring service quality, and driving the success of our restaurant and lounge.
  • The ideal candidate should also be proactive in attracting new customers, building guest loyalty, and promoting the restaurant and lounge to maximize patronage and revenue, while maintaining a professional, vibrant, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant and lounge
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff, including waiters, bartenders, and kitchen personnel
  • Ensure excellent guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
  • Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain regular guests
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, track sales, and manage expenses
  • Handle cash, billing, and financial reporting accurately
  • Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and special offers
  • Ensure smooth communication between kitchen, bar, and floor staff
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant, Lounge, or Hospitality Manager
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and marketing skills
  • Ability to drive customer engagement and attract new patrons
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations, food & beverage service, and lounge management
  • Financial literacy: budget planning, cash handling, and reporting
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance, confident, and approachable.
