Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing

Role Summary
- The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for designing and executing a high-performance sales and marketing strategy that drives revenue, market penetration, and brand leadership.
- This executive will lead the full revenue engine — direct sales, channel partnerships, institutional sales, digital marketing, brand positioning, and customer lifecycle management — ensuring the company achieves and exceeds its ₦15 billion revenue objective for 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to achieve ₦15 billion in revenue for 2026.
- Translate annual revenue targets into quarterly and monthly sales plans.
- Develop pricing, incentives, and structured payment plans to accelerate plot absorption rates.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team across regions.
- Establish clear KPIs, performance scorecards, and accountability systems.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales managers and executives.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with brokers, agencies, corporate organizations, HNI networks, and financial institutions.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, experiential, PR, OOH, media).
- Position UPDC as a premium, infrastructure-backed development brand.
- Improve lead generation, nurturing, and closing ratios.
- Oversee CRM systems and sales pipeline tracking.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and manage sales and marketing budgets efficiently.

Required Experience
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field. MBA or professional real estate certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 12–15 years experience in real estate, property development, or structured asset sales.
- At least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-billion naira sales targets.
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket real estate transactions.
- Experience selling serviced plots, estates, or premium property developments is highly preferred.
