Job Title: Admin Assistant

Location: Kaduna 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform daily reconciliation of sales against payments received (cash, transfer, POS, credit).
  • Ensure all sales transactions are accurately posted in the system.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Submit daily reconciliation reports to line manager.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of customer accounts.
  • Ensure proper posting of invoices, payments, debit/credit notes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer ledger balances.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and utilization.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and outstanding balances.
  • Track and report credit repayment performance.
  • Maintain zero balance across all customer categories (Wholesalers, RME, Reps, TMR, TAA, CDR, and Key Accounts).
  • Prepare and present Close of Business (COB) sales and posting reports from all assigned locations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audit and management review.
  • Train and supervise (SKs) on reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and operational procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support to field teams on financial processes.
  • Liaise with Field Auditors (FA)
  • Ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal control procedures.

Salary
N100,000 - N110,000 / Month.
