Job Title: Growth & Partnership Officer

Role Overview
- The Growth & Partnerships Officer is responsible for driving revenue expansion, strategic partnerships, and institutional growth for HBA.
- This role is commercially focused and performance-driven.
- The ideal candidate must be comfortable operating with targets, closing deals, and building institutional relationships that convert into measurable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Development:
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across:
- Hospital groups, Corporate healthcare institutions, Government agencies, Professional associations, Development partners
- Generate and qualify leads for:
- Executive programmes, Corporate trainings, Strategy sessions, Advisory engagements
- Convert leads into signed engagements.
- Maintain and report a structured revenue pipeline.
- Drive enrolment numbers for open programmes.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Build and manage institutional relationships.
- Develop partnership proposals and MOUs.
- Follow through on meetings and close agreements.
- Ensure partnerships translate into revenue and programme participation.
Reporting Line:
- Reports to: Executive Director
- Works closely with: Programmes & Operations, Marketing
Commission Structure:
- Aside from the salary, there is 5% commission on revenue personally originated and closed.
- Potential salary review after 6 months based on measurable performance.
Required Experience
- 2–5 years experience in B2B sales, Corporate partnerships, Business development, Executive education or training sales, Healthcare sector exposure is an advantage
Performance Expectations (First 6 Months):
- Structured pipeline established
- Minimum revenue target agreed and tracked
- At least 2–3 institutional partnerships secured
- Measurable increase in programme enrolments
- Weekly and monthly reporting discipline established

Work Structure:

- 3-month probation

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 per month.
