Skipper Eye-Q Super Speciality Eye Hospital is an International Eye Hospital chain with the presence of 30 in India and 4 in Nigeria, handling all types of Eye Surgeries such as Cataract, Retina, Glaucoma, presbyopia, cornea, squint, refractive error, and other vision problems, and having treated 10+ million patients. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing / Business Development Executive

Locations: Asokoro and Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • The Marketing/Business Development Executive will be responsible fordriving patient inflow and expanding the facility's market reach through strategic partnerships and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to enhance the hospital brand and increase awareness of eye care services.
  • Partnership Building: Identify and engage withHMOs, corporate organizations, and community groups to establish referral networks.
  • Community Outreach: Coordinate health camps, eye screening events, and awareness programs to reach potential patients directly.
  • Content Creation: Design and distribute promotional materials like brochures, newsletters, and digital content specifically for eye care.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and research market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize service pricing.
  • Patient Engagement: Manage patient feedback, handle inquiries about eye procedures, and implement retention strategies to improve satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue performance.

Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
  • Experience: Typically 2 - 5 years of proven experience in healthcare marketing, hospital sales, or a similar business development role.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of medical or eye care terminology is a significant advantage.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close business deals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection regulations (e.g.,HIPAA).
